1. What TrustPnL is

TrustPnL ("we", "us", the "Service") is a public ledger of prop-trading payouts. We index on-chain transfers from prop-firm payout contracts (starting with the Rise RISEPAY contract on Arbitrum) and surface them on a public leaderboard. Verified traders get a public profile at trustp.nl/t/<handle> and an embeddable badge.

TrustPnL is not a broker, prop firm, trading platform, investment adviser, or custodian. Nothing on the Service is financial advice.

2. Accounts

You can create an account with an email + password or through Discord OAuth. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. One person, one account — don’t create accounts to impersonate other people.

3. Connecting a wallet

When you connect a wallet address, you represent that the wallet belongs to you or that you have the right to publish payouts sent to it. We only read inbound RISEPAY transfers to that address — we never ask for private keys, seed phrases, or signatures, and we can’t move funds. If we later discover a wallet was connected to an account it doesn’t belong to, we will remove it.

4. Public data

Once your profile is public, your display name, handle, avatar, verified payout totals, rank, and a reference to the prop firm(s) you have been paid by are visible to anyone. The underlying wallet address is never displayed publicly. You can make your profile private at any time from the dashboard settings.

5. Community-submitted attributions

In some cases other users may suggest that a public wallet belongs to a known handle (based on public posts or tx screenshots the trader has shared themselves). When this happens the attribution is clearly marked as unclaimed until the trader logs in and verifies the wallet. If you believe an attribution is wrong, email hello@trustp.nl and we will remove it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

• impersonate another person or business;
• connect a wallet you do not control;
• scrape, crawl, or otherwise abuse the Service in a way that degrades it for others;
• use the Service to harass individual traders or post unlawful content.

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

7. Affiliate disclosure

Some links to prop firms, mentorship providers, or other third-party services on TrustPnL are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may receive a commission. That cost is on the firm, not you, and it never changes what we display about a trader on the public ladder.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We don’t promise that the leaderboard is exhaustive, that every payout will be indexed within any particular window, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. On-chain data is sourced from public indexers (Arbiscan, Alchemy); we rely on those being correct and don’t independently audit each transfer.

TrustPnL is not a substitute for your own due diligence on a trader, mentor, or prop firm. Past payouts are not a predictor of future results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrustPnL and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months — which, for a free service, is zero.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the landing page or via email to the address linked to your account. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
